The Textile Master Rug Shield Care Kit ("Kit") including the Multimaster 5 Year Gold Product ("Warranty") provides you with protection products and a warranty to protect your new rug.
The terms and conditions of the Warranty are set out in the brochure with the kit.

You will receive:

1) A kit of textile care and protection products for application on your new rug. These products will protect and clean your valuable investment.

2) The products and Five Year Warranty in the Kit

3) Multimaster will offer you cleaning advice, additional cleaning products (if required) which will be provided to you at no charge, and, if the problem still persists, a no charge visits by a professional textile cleaning technician to remove the stain.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

4) Where staining can not be cleaned or removed the rug will be replaced at no charge to you.
When a replacement or a rug takes place Multimaster deems the warranty fulfilled and terminated. Any replaced rugs become the property of Multimaster. Subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
